Here at Anna Dental, we are thrilled to offer you our one-of-a-kind Signature Plan! We have noticed changes and have been increasingly dissatisfied with insurance companies and their lack of dedication to your well-being. You may have experienced firsthand the frustration of high copays and low maximums on routine dental work.

We understand your frustration and have created an alternative to traditional dental insurance for your whole family. Essentially, for a small monthly payment, ALL of your dental needs will be covered. New Signature Plan members will undergo an initial evaluation to determine if there may be a starting fee for their treatment plan. (Possible starting fees are on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of care necessary and may be paid out monthly.)

This plan includes preventative care, treatment, and emergencies. You will no longer have to be afraid of coming to the dentist due to a surprise dental cost. When you factor in the price of routine dental care as well as unexpected or emergency costs you can easily spend well over the annual cost of our Signature Plan. We want you to rest easy and never again worry about the cost of dental care for you and your family!

Signature Plan FAQs:

Q- How much will it cost?
A- Our plan for an individual will cost $100/month; families (3 or more) will cost $300/month. (Includes all children under the age of 25.)

Q- Are there any up-front costs?
A- All new members will go through an initial evaluation. Depending on the scale of treatment necessary, there may be a discounted starting fee. This starting fee is able to be paid out monthly.

Q- Is there a contract term?
A- We are currently offering a 2-year initial term.

Q- Is there a waiting period?
A- No, any work needed can be started right away. *Subject to availability.

Q- Is there a maximum per year?
A- No, our plan included almost all treatments, no matter the cost.

Q- Can I still utilize my insurance too?
A- Yes, we will provide the form and you can submit it for reimbursement.

Q- What is excluded from the plan?
A- The only thing excluded is “All on 4” type procedures and cosmetic veneers are done at a 50% discount.

Q- What happens if I want or need to cancel my membership?
A- You can cancel your membership any time after the 2-year initial term. Just know that any warranties on work done will be void. Also, because we take a limited number of members, there may be a possibility that you might not be able to rejoin.

Q- Can I deduct my membership payments?
A- If you are using an HSA account, you should be able to deduct all payments. We are not tax advisors, so we recommend checking with them to take advantage of all possible scenarios.

Q- Are there any limits to how often I can schedule appointments?
A- No, we will work with you on a PLAN that gives you the best possible dental health, with as little time IN the chair as possible. We know that you are busy. Our goal is to optimize your dental health WITHOUT the need for multiple scheduled appointments.

Q- Can you compare my company insurance plan to your in-house plan?
A- Absolutely! We are here to help. Feel free to call one of our experts and we can help select the best possible solution for you, whether that be with our plan or another.

Q- Are there any other discounts or benefits on the plan?
A- Botox is discounted to $6 per unit.

Q- Is payment by Cash, Auto-Draft, PayPal, Venmo, etc? Can you charge my credit card monthly?
A- Payment can be paid in full at the beginning of the membership (we accept all forms of payment) or monthly via auto-draft.

Q- Will you charge any annual increases to this service?
A- Your price will stay the same for the initial 2-year period. No future increases are planned but may be needed in the future to allow for the best possible treatment for your mouth.
